Daughters are often the shining lights in their fathers' lives as they grow from being children to empowered women. Likewise, daughters adore their fathers who serve as their models of how men treat women. The close bonds between the two should be encouraged and celebrated.
The "Her Father, His Joy: Father Daughter Dance" is a community event being held to celebrate fathers and the relationship they have with their daughters. This Father's Day is the perfect opportunity to celebrate a man with a heart as dear as his. No one loves her like her father, and she is his joy. Fathers and daughters join us for this heartwarming evening of food, fun, music, and on site surprises for all in attendance.
The proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Men's Shelter of Charlotte's meal sponsorship program. One meal service will provide meals for 200+ men. The Men's Shelter has challenged the community to help in this effort, and we have accepted the challenge. Learn more here
